The firm was founded in 1991 by Susan Clemow. Its mission was and is: to help non-profits organizations function more effectively and to enhance their financial security through solid organizational planning and the development of effective fundraising programs. CCG has different ways to help our clients. We can be hired to perform the service for our client or we can teach them how to provide the service themselves. CCG is anchored by seasoned senior consultants with many years of broad-based experience. In addition, the firm engages specialized associate consultants as needed.

CCG's goal is to enhance the organizational and financial security of an organization by offering a variety of specialized services through a team of consultants who are knowledgeable, creative, and experienced. Their individual skills are integrated and coordinated in a manner tailored to fit the client and the project.
