Q: Is the first consultation free?
A: Yes, it is a chance for Susan to meet the potential client and the client to meet Susan, or one of the other consultants, and to see if there is a fit for the client as well as CCG.
Q: What is your geographic area?
A: CCG tends to concentrate on New England and primarily works in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Q: How much do you charge?
A: Our rates are somewhat flexible based on an organization’s ability to pay, but we typically charge $250 per hour.
Q: Do you charge for travel?
A: We generally charge by the mile at the standard mileage reimbursement rate which is currently $0.50 per mile. We charge clients who are located more than 1 hour away from our office $60/hour for travel time.
Q: How does CCG decide who works with which client?
A: Depending on the services needed by the client, the appropriate consultants are engaged based on their specific areas of strength or skill set. Personal fit with the client can also be an important factor.
Q: What kind of clients do you serve?
A: We work with all non-profit clients, with a focus on education, the arts, health and social services, as well as religious organizations.
